・山梨市駅まで徒歩10分です。コメリ、綿半など、買い物も便利です。車社会の山梨ですが、電車も便利です。自転車があれば、色々な用事も済ませることができます。市立図書館、万力公園も徒歩圏です。

・ロードバイクの趣味の方は、付近にサイクリングロードがあります。ヒルクライムの好きな方は、フルーツパーク、ほったらかしの湯などをコースに入れてはどうでしょうか？峠好きには太良峠も近いです。

This is a beautiful apartment with Wi-Fi internet, CATV, roofed parking for 1 car, curtains, and lighting included. Parking for a second car is also possible. The parking lot is covered under the apartment, so it's comfortable even in summer.
The room is equipped with security equipment and is safe for women living alone.
There are security cameras installed on the premises, the entrance lock is a dimple key that is resistant to being picked, and the building is cleaned twice a month, so it is very clean.

The view along the Fuefuki River is spectacular. The surrounding space is large and there is good sunlight.

Yamanashishi Station is a 10-minute walk away. It's also convenient to shop for things like Komeri and Cotton Han. Yamanashi is a car-based city, but trains are also convenient. If you have a bicycle, you can complete many errands.The city library and Manriki Park are also within walking distance.

If you like road biking, there is a cycling path nearby. If you like hill climbs, why not include Fruit Park, Hottarakashi-no-Yu, etc. in your course? For mountain pass lovers, there is also Tara Pass nearby.
